Ground Beef Recipe Tip -
Dry Ziti Pasta
Substitute any small pasta shape for the Ziti pasta called for in this recipe, if necessary.

Ground Beef Recipe Tip -
Frozen Ground Beef
It is not recommended to cook frozen ground beef directly after removing it from the freezer. Freezing turns the beef juices into ice crystals, so when cooked the flavor is cooking off with the fat.
