Ground Beef Recipe Tip -
Burger Patties
A nice trick when making burger patties is to form the patty and then press your thumb in the center making a small indentation. When the burger cooks the meat will expand and the indentation will vanish. Often burger patties will swell when cooking making it difficult for them to cook evenly.

Making Burger Patties and Meatloaf
Wet your hands with water when working with ground meat to avoid the meat sticking to your hands. Avoid over working the meat and avoid excess compacting.
