1. Preheat grill.
2. Add ground beef, sour cream, bread crumbs, mushrooms, chopped onion, fresh parsley, salt and pepper to medium bowl. Stir to combine.
3. Form burger mixture into 8 (3/4-inch thick) patties.
4. Grill over direct heat source 6 minutes, turn, grill additional 6 minutes, or until desired doneness. |
