Ground Beef Recipe Tip -
Fresh versus Frozen
Fresh meat versus frozen is the choice when preparing a recipe where the meat will be the main focus. The flavor difference is noticeable. Use frozen ground beef in recipes where the meat is not the primary ingredient or where there are strong flavors influencing the recipe.

Ground Beef Recipe Tip -
Italian Sausage
Italian Sausage comes in a variety of flavored varieties from sweet to extra spicy. This recipe would do well with a straight Italian sausage blend, but use your imagination and favorite flavor if desired.
